The Liebherr BKPv 6570 is a bakery refrigerator in stainless steel with a chrome-nickel steel interior according to bakery standard 40x60 cm. The temperature range can be digitally adjusted per degree from -5°C to +15°C and the humidity can be set to high, medium or low. The approximate humidity values are: low (approx. 55% RH), medium (approx. 75% RH) and high (approx. 85% RH). The humidity inside the appliance is highly dependent on the set temperature, amount of products stored and environmental conditions, including doorways.
